ONLINE ORDERING
Ordering online from Class trip is easy! When you see an item you like, click on the image or the item name to see the product detail page. Select your preferred size, color, etc. and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click 'Checkout' to continue with the checkout process.
Enter your promo code at checkout in the field labeled 'Gift card or discount code'. Click 'Apply' to see your discount reflected in your order total.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your email's spam folder or verify that your email address was entered correctly. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, contact our customer service team for assistance: orders@classtrip.co.
PAYMENTS
Negative. We are a small crew and often traveling to games, our factories, or to get in some snow. The best way to reach us is by email.
Due to state laws, we collect all required state sales taxes on orders shipped out. This list is subject to change - please contact us directly for up to date information.

SHIPPING
Expect your order to ship within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday). Most of our products are printed on demand, so once it’s ready, we’ll get it out the door ASAP. To speed up delivery, some orders may arrive in separate shipments.
*Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods.
We'll do our best to act on changes sent to orders@classtrip.co. We are unable to make changes on any orders that have already been shipped. Customers are responsible for any change of address, package intercept fees or loss of goods if an incorrect or non-secure address has been entered at checkout. If an order change, cancellation, or delivery signature is requested please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping options are available at checkout. Once it leaves our warehouse, it's the carriers responsibility but we do our best to pass on any carrier savings to you.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
Orders are primarily processed and shipped from one of our partners warehouses in South Carolina, Alabama, or Los Angeles. In some circumstances, orders will be fulfilled from multiple Class Trip store locations based on inventory availability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached.
Should you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or require assistance with an exchange, please contact our customer support crew via orders@classtrip.co, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Depending the return reason, we do charge a restocking fee of $5 and return shipping. We offer free exchanges!
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help! We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached. Please reach out to us at orders@classtrip.co with your order details, and we’ll get you set up.

Yes! We are officially licensed by each University we offer. If you're buying our collaborative Collegiate Dead collection, we are officially licensed by the University and Grateful Dead.

Licensing is quite a process and we are working every day on adding new schools to our officially licensed portfolio. Feel free to shot us a note, or tag one of our @classtripoffical posts, tagging your school with a #classtripoffical tag and maybe that will help us come to your stadium asap!
