Shipping
When will my order ship?
We do our best to get printable orders out the door within 48 hours and embroidery orders within 72 hours. A few pieces - like polos, cashmere, and oxfords - are custom embroidered on demand, so they take a little longer. Most orders land in 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday). We’re a small crew of fans just like you, and once your gear is ready, it ships fast. If you’re ordering right before a big game, we can’t promise delivery by kickoff, so plan ahead. To speed things up, some items may ship separately.
*Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods.
How can I change my order?
We'll do our best to act on changes sent to orders@classtrip.co. We are unable to make changes on any orders that have already been shipped. Customers are responsible for any change of address, package intercept fees or loss of goods if an incorrect or non-secure address has been entered at checkout. If an order change, cancellation, or delivery signature is requested please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping options are available at checkout. Once it leaves our warehouse, it's the carriers responsibility but we do our best to pass on any carrier savings to you.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are primarily processed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in the Northeast. In some circumstances, orders will be fulfilled from multiple Class Trip store locations based on inventory availability. Once the item leaves our hand and is with our shopping partners, we can't guarantee they take the most efficient route, but we do our best to work with them to ensure swift delivery.

Orders placed through Instagram or Facebook Shop
Order confirmation emails for orders placed on Instagram and Facebook Shop are sent from no-reply@shopping.instagram.com or no-reply@shopping.facebook.com but will be fulfilled by Class Trip

How do I place an order?
Ordering online from Class trip is easy! When you see an item you like, click on the image or the item name to see the product detail page. Select your preferred size, color, etc. and click 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click 'Checkout' to continue with the checkout process.
How do I use my promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the field labeled 'Gift card or discount code'. Click 'Apply' to see your discount reflected in your order total.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your email's spam folder or verify that your email address was entered correctly. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, contact our customer service team for assistance: orders@classtrip.co.
I'd like to place a bulk order or a larger wholesale order
