Thanks for stopping by. You probably found yourself here because of the Collegiate Dead collection. Nice. We love the Gratetul Dead, too. For our passion fueled startup you now know as Class Trip, we felt that the Dead collection was the right way to introduce ourselves and start working through the operational kinks. While you will soon love our buttery soft t-shirts, our assortment will steadily grow in the coming days, weeks, and months ahead. Follow along as we carefully introduce finely made polos, oxfords, cashmere sweaters, and a full range of apparel inspired by classic American collegiate style.
The Inspiration
College campuses are the birthplaces of classic American style. At what is now affectionately known as Class Trip, we have have long felt that there was an immense opportunity in the collegiate apparel space, one that is endlessly storied. Who we are today is a culmination of the schools we attended, the music we listened to, the books we read, the people we met, and the experiences we had along the way. Those years and institutions are still such a constant source of inspiration, community and pride for so many of us. Class Trip celebrates the American College experience by making products that speak to our roots and are built to last.
BUILT TO LAST
The idea for Class Trip wasn’t born overnight—it was born out of necessity. A few years ago, while attending the College Football National Championship, we struggled to find collegiate apparel that was high-quality, thoughtfully designed, and stylish. Vintage pieces were great but hard to come by, and everything else felt like it missed the mark. After countless hours of brainstorming, vintage shopping, collaborating with our team, and visiting college campuses for inspiration, Class Trip came to life. But truthfully, this brand has been in our hearts for years—these are just the first few notes of the song.
Founded by a group of creatives and fashion industry veterans, we’re proud to offer something fresh to this historic space. Despite coming from different schools, our shared love for our Alma Maters, the Grateful Dead, and campus-inspired style unites us in our mission: to bring timeless style and quality focused craftsmanship back to collegiate apparel.
