When will my order ship?

We are a small team but will do our best to pull, pack and ship orders within 3-4 days of placing it. In most cases orders received on weekends, holidays, and after noon EST will be processed the next business day. Any apparel that has embroidery (cashmere, polos, etc) we do our best to get out the door within 5 business days, so we can get the details dialed in just right. *Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods. 

How can I Change my Order

We'll do our best to act on changes sent to orders@classtrip.co. We are unable to make changes on any orders that have already been shipped. Customers are responsible for any change of address, package intercept fees or loss of goods if an incorrect or non-secure address has been entered at checkout. If an order change, cancellation, or delivery signature is requested please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

How much does Shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. You can view the available shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.

Where do you Ship From?

Orders are primarily processed and shipped from our production warehouse in Connecticut. In some circumstances, orders will be fulfilled from multiple Class Trip locations based on inventory availability.
